This is an operational capture checklist, not a legal agreement or legal advice. Written authorization must identify the exact object, files, uses and responsible rights holder.

## 2. Choose the capture track

### Track A — controlled reference reconstruction

Supply the eight fixed views below plus physical measurements. This improves an interpretive model but does not create a measured scan or authenticated digital twin.

### Track B — photogrammetry sequence

Use only after the object owner and image rights holder approve this separate track. Keep the object fixed while the camera moves around it; keep focus, exposure and white balance consistent; cover every permitted surface with at least 50–60% overlap between adjacent photographs. Scale and colour-reference frames should be identified separately from the processing sequence. Final accuracy still depends on surface, lens, lighting, calibration and operator review.

## 3. Controlled eight-view set

Use a plain matte background, diffuse light and the highest practical image quality. Avoid portrait-mode blur, beauty filters, artificial sharpening, watermarks, moving reflections and unrelated personal details in the frame.
